When I was young I liked to draw ...and I liked to draw circus scenes. I liked to draw clowns tripping clumsily, and seals balancing balls.

I also liked horses ...but, they were harder to draw.

And I don't like to imagine what will draw out the white, red, black, and pale horses ...of Chapter 6, of the Book of Revelation.

There are seven seals listed there ...and the seventh seal opens with a overwhelming silence ...which will be broken by the sound of a trumpet.

These are not circus seals, but the seal that secures something before it is broken ...and the silence is not the only thing that will break.

Breaking the seal (not the animal) will end the restraint, unleashing and erupting into that which has never been seen ...a few have imagined.

The silence will be broken by a trumpet, not played in a cute fashion by a circus seal ...but by a very serious messenger.

For those of you who believe in Global Warming, this would be the time.  At the sound of the first trumpet, fire will be cast down from heaven, burning one third of the trees and all the grass ...so, this would definitely seem to heat things up.

How the cumulative third is made up ...is not known, so it would not make much sense to flee like Lot and his family.  The place you leave could be safe, yet you could move right into danger.

And I think that is precisely what many of us are doing, though I'm not referring to an imminent physical danger ...it is a spiritual one.
